Husband Cohabitating

We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to find out where he was living

Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any more. He stated he needed time apart and did not wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a huge quantity of funds out of their joint bank account which he said he required to set himself up in a brand new location to live.

Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less cash into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was really strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have yet another woman as a comparable thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could assist as we had helped her within the past.

We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was an additional woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just right after he had left our client.

We had been able to offer our client with all of the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been having an affair with this woman for many years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
